CASHCAT drawdown puts meme liquidity risk back in focus
A wallet-tracking report shows how quickly a large paper gain can reverse when a meme position remains concentrated and partly committed to liquidity.

The report said a wallet which entered CASHCAT early retained most of its original position after the token’s peak. The reported value later fell sharply, leaving the holder exposed to both token-price volatility and liquidity-position risk.
The useful signal is not the wallet’s profit or loss in isolation. Thin liquidity, concentrated ownership, and incomplete exits can make quoted meme valuations difficult to realize. ArcTrenches treats this as a risk case study, not a trade recommendation.
