Arc Public Testnet opened deployment to all builders
Circle’s Arc announcement moved the network into public testnet, opening contract deployment and application testing while keeping all assets experimental.

The public-testnet launch made Arc available for developers and enterprises to deploy and test applications. It also introduced a broad infrastructure ecosystem around wallets, RPC providers, explorers, and liquidity research.
ArcTrenches remains testnet-only. Tokens and balances have no real-world value, contract behavior may change, and any future mainnet release requires a separate independent smart-contract audit.
